GET IN TOUCH
Give us a call and have a chat with one of our friendly sales consultants. Tell us all about your energy usage, the size of your home, the roof size, orientation and any potential shading issues. We will then go through your options with you and help you decide what system is best for you. We can also discuss financing if necessary.
REVIEW YOUR ORDER
After you’ve made your choice and placed your order, True Value Solar will help you complete your solar journey by making it as easy as possible. By visiting your home, we can confirm your panels can be readily installed to give you the best result and provide any advice you require.
APPLY FOR APPROVAL FOR GRID CONNECTION
Where grid connection is needed True Value Solar will take care of this for you. Once the approval has been received, we will contact you to arrange an installation date.
install your system
Our CEC accredited solar technician will attend your property to install your solar system. Once installation is complete, our technician will make sure you’re happy with your installation, hand over all your warranty paperwork and manuals and show you how everything works.
regular monitoring
If you’ve chosen our Solar Monitoring service, you’ll see your energy usage along with what you’re generating and what you’re selling back to the grid in real time! True Value Solar will also monitor your system and alert you if it’s not performing at its best.

We support our ever-growing True Value Solar customer family for the long term. Should you have any questions or concerns about your home solar system you can call us and we’ll keep you up to date with any new developments.
You don’t need to maintain your panels apart from keeping them clear of leaves, but you should have any electricity equipment checked over every couple of years. Relax, we’ll remind you.
General advice: Upon connection to solar we suggest that you contact your energy retailer and let them know that you now have installed solar.
